Mobile Half Pipe

Half pipes are an excellent alternative to street course as a completely different set of tricks can be performed.

They are ideal for skateboarders, inline skaters and BMX riders.

Our new folding half pipe can be made to order in two sizes; 2.6m or 4m wide and around 1.1m high. It comes as two mobile fold-out quarter pipe sections and two floor panels which join together.

The half pipe is easy to move and can be stored inside a custom built trailer that can be towed easily by a Transit sized van.

The half pipe is constructed using galvanised steel frames and a thick birch plywood surface. It can be set up and ready to use within half an hour or arriving on site!

Highline have also designed a lightweight aluminium framed half pipe available for customers working on a budget!

The half pipe shown right has an aluminium or fully galvanised steel frame with pressure treated birch plywood riding surface. It is commercial quality and would be ideal for anyone who wants to put it up and down the same day, or leave it up for longer periods. The parts can be bolted together to deter tampering or theft (bolting together isn’t necessary - except to increase security).

The ramp is 4.0m wide and 1.0m high. The transition radius (radius of the curved ramps) is 2.0m so it’s easy to ride but tight
enough for tricks as well. We could also build it 1.2m high although it would require railings.
As this package weighs only 1000kg (approximately) it can be towed by anyone with a full car (class B) driving licence. No more worries about class E driving licences!
